Is color grading possible in iMovie for iOS?

I have looked around, but can't seem to find any basic color grading options in iMovie for iOS. I was hoping for something similar to the Adjustments menu in Photos, where you can change Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, etc. All I see are filters, which seems to assume the video I'm importing already has perfect color. I would prefer not to have to buy some third party app just to tweak the levels in my clips.

Is color grading possible in iMovie for iOS?
